What is this Unstoppable You Retreat?
This is an all inclusive luxury retreat that will be hosted in Rincon, Puerto Rico January 4-11, 2020. We will eat healthy, exercise, explore the island, and enjoy the sunset everyday from the view of our house located right on the beach.
Who is it meant for?
This particular retreat is designed for active women who are accustomed to regular exercise as our agenda may include hiking, high intensity fitness, yoga, and otherwise physically strenuous activities. While each individual will maintain the choice to choose her level of participation, we do recommend consulting your doctor if you are unsure of the state of your health.
Where are we going?
We will be staying in Rincon, Puerto Rico with the opportunity to explore some exclusive areas most tourists wouldn’t have the opportunity to see on the west side of the island.
Meet the Facilitators
Creating Unstoppable You at a cafe in the small city of Utica, New York, Heather has always been an entrepreneur at heart. She holds her certification as a Personal Trainer from the Personal Training Institute of America. She also received her training and certification as an Integrative Holistic Coach through the Legacy Training Institute.
Heather holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a triple concentration in History, Technology, and Globalization. She now works as a personal trainer in Utica, New York and coaches people to find their passions and achieve their goals all over the world. She uses the challenges that she has faced in her own life to shine light on situations that we all experience at one point to another. Empowering people to prove we are really more alike than we are different and no situation should ever be more powerful that the pursuit of our own happiness. Changing lives is what she feels she was born to do and claims that it’s a powerful experience showing people that being “you” is enough.
Heather enjoys traveling, hiking, the beach, writing, and volunteerism. She can often be found giving back to her community in any way she can and has even been referred to as a humanitarian advocate. She resides in Utica, New York with her three children Lilliana, Karina, and Mateo.
Lisa is a seasoned experiential facilitator and trainer who is known for creating engaging learning experiences that foster authentic connection, open doors to self-awareness and personal growth, and strengthen communities. It is these outcomes that continue to fuel her mission and purpose in life.
Lisa’s professional career includes experience as a consultant, trainer, special educator, yoga teacher, hurricane relief volunteer and world traveler. Whether you are part of a teambuilding session, leadership training, yoga class, or working together to rebuild a home, you will find that Lisa’s intuitive understanding of individual needs, thoughtful leadership, and open, authentic communication style will support you in learning and achieving your goals.
Lisa currently splits her time between mainland U.S and Puerto Rico, where she is founding a non-profit organization dedicated to helping rebuild homes damaged by Hurricane Maria. In her free time, Lisa enjoys yoga, meditation, cycling, hiking, fishing, stand-up paddleboarding, and loves spending time in nature; especially exploring local beaches.
