I’ve taken the long road.

And I don’t regret a mile of it.

I didn’t arrive here in a straight line.

I built this work through adversity, detours, discipline, and a deep belief that hard seasons are teachers — not punishments.

I’m Heather. I’m a coach, mentor, and Lawyer pending admission to the NYS Bar. And I help people navigate the hardest chapters of their lives with clarity, strategy, and self-awareness.

If you’re here, you’re likely in the middle of something heavy.

You don’t need hype.

You need grounded support.

My
Story

(without the gloss)

I know what it feels like to question yourself.

I also know what it feels like to rise anyway.

I grew up in a small town in upstate New York.

High school was hard for me. I struggled with ADHD in a system that wasn’t built for how my brain worked. I had incredible mentors — teachers who pulled me aside and said, “You’re better than that.” Those words stuck.

I didn’t take a traditional path.

I studied abroad in Brazil.
I lived in Norway.
I earned my associate’s degree in Human Services.
I finished my bachelor’s with a triple concentration in History, Technology, and Globalization.

And in December 2024, after driving 90 miles each way for three years while raising a blended family of six, I earned my Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School.

It was never about the title.
It was about proving to myself — and maybe to that younger version of me — that I was capable.

Why I Created Unstoppable You

Unstoppable You was born in a notebook long before it became a business.

In 2017, I finally brought it to life.

What started as adventure and wellness retreats evolved into something deeper. I began helping individuals, couples, co-parents, and corporate teams recognize the patterns keeping them stuck.

Here’s what I’ve learned…

Adversity is a hard lesson — but it’s still a lesson.

Drama is often a signal.

What feels unbearable is usually asking something of you.

Every person’s challenge is relative to their capacity.
There is no comparison scale for pain.
There is only the question:

What is this here to teach me?

That’s the work.

I am a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach.

I am also currently working in the Oneida County Public Defender’s Office as a law associate, supporting individuals during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Between coaching and legal work, I sit with people in high-stakes situations every day.

What I Actually Do

I help you…

  • Identify behavioral patterns that repeat

  • Understand the root of conflict (at home or at work)

  • Build emotional awareness without shame

  • Make sustainable decisions — not reactive ones

  • Strengthen communication inside complex family or team systems

  • Elevate how you show up under pressure

This isn’t motivational speaking.
This is skill-building.

Self-awareness changes outcomes.
When you understand what drives you, you stop being driven by it.

A Few Things You Should Know About Me

  • I believe community raises people. I was raised by a village.

  • I am multilingual and have lived internationally.

  • I am fiercely loyal to my small-town roots
(never underestimate a small town upbringing.)

  • I don’t take shortcuts.

  • I don’t sugarcoat truth.

  • I will sit with you in hard conversations.

  • I believe you are more capable than you think.

If You’re Here…

You might be navigating

A relationship challenge

A co-parenting dynamic

A major life decision

A leadership conflict

A season that feels heavier than you expected

You don’t need to have all the answers.

You don’t need to have a perfectly mapped-out future.

You just need to be willing to learn from where you are.

That’s enough.

If this resonates, the best place to start is my weekly writing.

I share reflections, tools, and real conversations about navigating hard seasons with strength and clarity.

Either way — you’re on your way.

And that matters.
